The Replacement Cables for Conventional Ramp Door Spring, part # CAB1-8CB150, is a set of two cables that measure 150" long. Depending on your dimensions, the double torsion springs fit 96 inches wide, # CB250D96SHD or the 81 inches wide, # ERS120D81 would be used. Installation requiring winding torsion springs can be very dangerous if you don't have prior experience. A local garage door company can install this system if you're not confident.

I recommend placing 2 of the Single Rocker Switch # 37212635 at both the front and rear door with the Double Bezel RV Switch Faceplate # 37213615 at each location. I think I got the gist of it. It sounds like you're needing something like the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000019 which is meant to be used as a replacement for the main door latch on your trailer.
This latch measures 3.47" wide, 4.28" tall, and will fit into cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall or 3" wide x 4" tall.

I can help you out with parts to create a hatch in the floor of your enclosed trailer, but we don't have an all-in-one kit for an escape hatch in your trailer.
You'd need to make a cut out in the floor of your trailer and then you can use the Paneloc Butt Hinge # H418-204U to hold the door and the Trailer Rope Ring # RR02 as a handle. I also recommend using 1 or 2 of the RV Bolt Door Latch # 37220645 on the inside of the hatch to keep people from getting in from the outside.

What we have is a Hook and Keepr # PLR9-SS in stainless steel, # PLR9-A in aluminum, and # 383400 zinc plated.
